My name is Regula Ryser and I live in the beautiful Emmental in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. The rural area invites you for varied walks, over fields, streams and hills, so that I can fulfill my Rhodesian Ridgeback's daily exercise as well as encounters with other conspecifics. In my work, I accompany mentally and psychologically handicapped people in their everyday lives.
For me was always a dream, a faithful one to have companions by my side. That's how I sat down initially with different dog breeds apart and got to know the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed and was fascinated by this breed. After covering myself with information and visiting a Ridgeback kennel, came the decision that it will be a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
In June 2005 I was allowed to take care of Boma of Hukmatem. he was for me 9 1/2 years a faithful companion and has a special place in my heart.
In December 2015, Ayan came into my life.
Fate brought us together. I will be eternally grateful to the breeder Michaela Opitz-Harting for putting her trust in me and giving me Mr. Hellgrün to help me along the way.
